Ballet Options
Ballet
We offer 30-min, 45-min, and 1 hour ballet classes for our 5-8 year old dancers. Ballet training is important for all dance styles and improves strength, poise, and agility. We follow the Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Syllabus. Dancers will perform in our Year End Dance Showcase at the end of May in a costume the studio selects.
Girls Attire: Black sleeveless bodysuit, Mondor Ballerina Pink tights, Bloch pink full sole leather ballet slippers, hair in a ballet bun.
Boys Attire: White or Black fitted dance t-shirt, boys dance tights or jazz pants, Bloch black full sole leather ballet slippers.

Take advantage of our Performer Package! Back to back classes in Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop means your dancer can experience 3 exciting genres of dance in one convenient time slot! Each of the three genres will have a 30 to 45 minute class, depending on age/level, with complete teacher supervision as the dancers change shoes for the next style of dance. Bundle 3 popular classes together and save money! Classes can also be chosen individually “a la carte” - see our jazz, tap, and hip hop genres below. Ballet class is one of the most important dance styles our dancers take as it builds a strong technical and artistic foundation! You can sign up for ballet class on a weekday or weekend time, and your performer package for a second day in the week. Ballet options are available above.

Jazz Options
Jazz
We offer 30-min and 45-min jazz classes for our 5-8 year old dancers. Jazz is fast paced, upbeat and assists in flexibility and strength. We follow the ADAPT syllabus for Jazz. Dancers will perform in our Year End Dance Showcase at the end of May in a costume the studio selects.
Girls Attire: Black sleeveless bodysuit, Mondor light tan tights, Bloch tan slip on jazz shoes, hair in a ponytail or bun.
Boys Attire: White or Black fitted dance t-shirt, shorts or jazz pants, Bloch black slip on jazz shoes.

Tap Options
Tap
We offer 30-min and 45-min tap classes for our 5-8 year old dancers. Tap is all about rhythms. Our feet become instruments as we learn to keep time to the music and express ourselves through music. We follow the ADAPT syllabus for Tap. Dancers will perform in our Year End Dance Showcase at the end of May in a costume the studio selects.
Girls Attire: Black sleeveless bodysuit, Mondor light tan tights, Capezio Caramel Mary Jane tap shoes, hair in a ponytail or bun.
Boys Attire: White or Black fitted dance t-shirt, shorts or jazz pants, black tie up tap shoes.

Hip-Hop Options
Hip Hop
We offer 30-min and 45-min hip hop classes for our 5-8 year old dancers. Hip Hop is about expression and style. We aim to provide a hip hop education in the different genres and techniques in Hip Hop. This is a popular class that keeps dancers moving! Dancers will perform in our Year End Dance Showcase at the end of May in a costume the studio selects.
Girls & Boys Attire: T-shirt or tank top and loose fitting pants or shorts. No jeans or denim of any kind. Required shoes are the Nike Revolution 5 or Revolution 6, in a black shoe with a white checkmark and white around the sole. Please double check our male attire page or female attire page if you’re unsure about the colour you need.

Acro Options
Acro Dance
Acro classes are a dancer favourite! Elements of gymnastics and tumbling are introduced at this age on mats for comfort and safety. Conditioning is a component of the class which aids in developing strong and healthy bodies. There is no Recital routine in Acro for this age group; instead the class is a conditioning class.
Girls and Boys Attire: Fitted dance or work out clothes, ensuring the dancer will be comfortable going upside down without their clothes sliding out of place.
Acro Dancers must be in BARE FEET; convertible tights can be worn to facilitate this when dancers have other classes before or after acro.
